Marie-Philip Poulin was activated from long-term injured reserve ahead of the Montreal Victoire’s regular-season finale Saturday against the Vancouver Goldeneyes, the team announced.
Alongside Poulin, the Victoire also reinstated fellow forward Maureen Murphy off LTIR.
Poulin has been out since March 15 with a lower-body injury, missing 10 straight games.
The Canadian great has nine goals and eight assists in 18 games on the season. She also missed time with a lower-body injury she sustained during the Olympics.
Murphy, meanwhile, has missed nine straight with an upper-body injury she suffered on March 19. The American has seven points (four goals, three assists) in 20 games.
The Victoire have already clinched a top-two seed and will open the playoffs at home next Saturday. However, a win over the Goldeneyes could move them into the No. 1 spot and allow them to choose their first-round opponent.
