Tyrese Maxey scored 31 points as the 76ers beat the Orlando Magic XX-XX in the play-in tournament on Wednesday to secure the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference and a first-round date with the Boston Celtics.
The Magic, meanwhile, will take on the Charlotte Hornets on Friday for the eighth seed.
