Mark Scheifele is now alone atop the single-season scoring list in Jets-Thrashers history.

Scheifele picked up his 100th and 101st points in the third period of Monday’s loss to the Vegas Golden Knights to pass former Atlanta Thrasher Marian Hossa’s record of 100, set back in 2006-07.

Scheifele now has 35 goals and 66 assists in 80 games this season.

Jets 2.0 moved from Atlanta to Winnipeg in 2011 and Scheifele was the team’s first-ever draft pick after the move. Earlier this season, he passed longtime teammate Blake Wheeler for most points in Jets-Thrashers history and he now has 905 points in his career.

Scheifele’s mentor, the late Dale Hawerchuk, set the record for Jets 1.0 when he scored 130 points in the 1984-85 season.

The Jets were eliminated from playoff contention on Monday after the Los Angeles Kings beat the Seattle Kraken.
