The Denver Pioneers are Frozen Four champions for a record 11th time.
The Pioneers rallied past the Wisconsin Badgers to win 2-1 Saturday in Las Vegas.
The Badgers led 1-0 after two periods but the Pioneers got goals from Rieger Lorenz and Kyle Chyzowski in the third to win the championship game.
It is Denver’s first Division I hockey title since 2024 and third in the last five seasons.
